Heavy metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic and cadmium are found all around us and are often linked to poisoning in human.  According to WHO estimates, 80% of all chronic diseases can be attributed to heavy metal contamination and Heavy metals reduce the efficacy of medical treatment by up to 60%.

The air we breathe has heavy metals present; the water we drink contains heavy metals. Cosmetics/ make-ups we use contain heavy metals, and the food we eat has the presence of heavy metals. Therefore, our body has to constantly deal with removing these metals.

Presences of heavy metals produce a source of free radicals in our body.  When our cells are loaded with heavy metal, the use of antioxidants, vitamins and mineral supplements may not be effective.

How to detox and chelating heavy metals
